Sri Lanka Media Leave For Asian Games

The Sri Lanka Sevens Rugby team were among another set of Players & Officials who left for participation at the 19th Summer Olympic Games. The China Eastern Airlines flight to Kunming was smooth with Hemasiri Fernando – top office bearer of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka, Olympic Council of Asia & Commonwealth Games Federation also travelling. The Director General of Sports, Ministry of Youth & Sports – Admiral Dr. Shemal Fernando, Air Commodore, Erandika Gunawardene on behalf of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka management team ( it was his birthday ) also were on board for the trip.
