Three Prodigious Pannipitiya Dharmapalians as Service Commanders of the Army, of the Navy & of the Air Force of Sri Lanka, had the rare honour of laying wreaths together at the War Memorial at the Vihara Maha Devi Park, Colombo on 11th November 1997.
