This is the second highest successful run chase in one day international cricket. The highest is by Australia against South Africa. The total by England was the highest conceded by Sri Lanka in this format. It was also the highest total scored by Sri Lanka in this format, against a full test playing nation. They had also topped 400 runs in a losing game against India, once in this format.
